# Her First $100K & Treasury Interactive Investment Advisers Promoter Disclosure Treasury Interactive Investment Advisers LLC (TIIA) provides Her First $100K and its members with access to general guidance, advice, and education relating to financial matters and non-discretionary advisory services. Treasury operates this platform and provides technology and administrative services to Her First $100K. In return for these services, Her First $100K pays Treasury a portion of the subscription fees paid by Her First $100K members. One third of the fees paid to Treasury are allocated to TIIA in return for the advisory services provided to Her First $100K members. Treasury and TIIA do not pay Her First $100K for member referrals, however they will benefit indirectly as the number of members and subscription fees paid to Her First $100K increases. In addition, Her First $100K has entered into a referral agreement with Treasury and TIIA under which Her First $100K will receive 8.33% of the compensation Treasury and TIIA earn from other influencers that use the Treasury Platform. This referral agreement does not apply to members that Her First $100K refers to Treasury and TIIA.
